Mike and Jyl O'Neal have lived in the lovely state of Colorado since 1983, and in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains since 1997. They have been working with glass since 1982, and almost exclusively with kiln formed glass since 2002.

They have received training in both stained glass and fused glass. But as most glass artists will acknowledge, the best training is from years of experimentation and understanding how glass behaves in a kiln - or oftentimes misbehaves!  Most recently, Mike and Jyl attended a frit class from a local artist, and Mike attended Patty Gray's 3-day fused glass class in November 2008.
